Steven Tilley is a former Speaker of the Missouri House of Representatives. Steven was elected to the House in November 2004. He became the Majority leader in January 2007. Steven was elected Speaker in November 2010 and was instrumental to the Republican pick up of 17 seats that year. In 2011, Steven led the redistricting effort which set the stage for the veto proof majority of 109 Republicans when he left office.
In 2012, Steven left office and founded Strategic Capitol Consulting a government affairs and consulting business, which primarily handles state and some local government business. In just five years, Steven has grown Strategic from a one-man firm with a single blue chip client to a ten person team with a roster of clients ranging from associations to sovereign nations, local governments, large cap, technology and emerging disruptor companies. Strategic maintains offices in Jefferson City, Chesterfield and Perryville, Missouri.
In addition to government consulting, Steven is also an entrepreneur. He’s a real estate developer and owner/broker, a restauranteur, and included among his various business concerns are a pharmacy and insurance agency. From 1998 to 2010, Steven co-owned Tilley Eye Center in Perryville, Missouri, where he practiced as an Optometrist. In 2010, he merged his practice with Clarkson Eyecare, which is now one of the largest privately owned practices in the country.

Ryan Malutinok is a formative, foundational and direct influence upon all elements of the ICON business, from employee selection to Operational Efficiency to Quality to Security and Technology. When not busy building the ICON, Magna and Strategic Air Services brands, he dotes on his wife Jennifer and their lovely children.

A career-long veteran of the business aviation staffing space, Scott has long maintained a partnership with the Robinsons’ in their common ventures. At one time an ordained minister, Scott’s nature remains to position people for success and satisfaction while maintaining the cheerful integrity and follow-through that we know so well of Scott’s business dealings.
Scott fulfills the natural role over-seeing and advising on all things Humans Resources as Icon stands up the functions of the new business. Scott is happily married and has two daughters.
Lawrence Harting is Icon Aviation Solution’s General Manager.
Having spent 20 years in the business aviation space, Lawrence’s experience covers end-to-end client relations management, team and site leadership, project point of sale to input and project input to final delivery, portfolio, general and repair station management.
Lawrence is one of four children and has two of his own. He refers to Icon’s employees, vendors and clients as family; ‘my greatest pleasure is looking after the well-being of our people and their families, and supporting their satisfaction at work.’
