Our Process
Based on aircraft location, interior components are removed by the operator or authorized maintenance provider.
- Components are then securely shipped or transported to ICON’s facility for the selected work scope.
- Upon completion, articles are returned for reinstallation by the operator or authorized maintenance provider.
- Logbook entries are completed by the maintenance provider, referencing the supporting documentation supplied by ICON.

- Vendor-approved by multiple OEMs and MROs
- Passed non-certificated vendor audits
- FAA Drug Program compliant for all safety-sensitive functions
- Certificate of Conformance (CoC) issued for all work
- 8110-3 burn certifications provided for all upholstery
- DER-supported 8110-3s available for structural modifications
Seating Capabilities
New 16G seat upholstery requires OEM collaboration for TSO recertification.
- 9G Seats: Upholstery and reupholstery services with CoC and 8110-3 burn certifications.
- 16G Seats: Reupholstery using DER-approved engineering data, complete with CoC, 8110-3 burn certs, and structural approvals.
